At LHM Physical Therapy Institute, we help you train smarter and recover efficiently. Our manual techniques are designed to enhance flexibility, relieve muscle tension, and support injury prevention — all while optimizing performance.
Health & Performance Services are not physical therapy and do not require a referral. LHM Physical Therapy Institute will not submit any claim or bill for Health & Performance Services to health insurance plans. Clients are responsible for all costs of the program at time of service.
Stretching
Experience targeted flexibility enhancement with our stretching sessions. These personalized sessions improve range of motion, reduce muscle tension, and help prevent injuries by addressing your unique movement patterns and limitations.
Hands-On Muscle Release
These sessions reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and accelerate recovery—helping you return to your activities feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Tool-Assisted Muscle Release
This technique encourages healthy movement and tissue function by promoting circulation and reducing restrictions—ideal for injury prevention, recovery, and performance.
Cupping
This specialized treatment utilizes suction cups to decompress tissues, enhance blood circulation, and release muscle tension. Cupping supports recovery, reduces tightness, and promotes overall mobility by addressing deep myofascial restrictions.

Restore your body in just 15 minutes with Refresh 15. This brief but effective session may include hands-on muscle release, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTIM), cupping, and stretching to ease tightness and enhance movement.
