Bryce Hollinger
Director of Compliance & Clinical Services
A licensed physical therapist, Bryce began her career treating in the outpatient orthopedic setting while completing an Orthopedic Residency, Spine Fellowship, and becoming a Board Certified Orthopedic Certified Specialist. Bryce brings 16 years of experience in outpatient rehabilitation, holding several roles in clinical mentoring, operational management, and the last 8 years in clinical services and compliance. Most recently, Bryce was the Director of Compliance and Clinical Services for a large national outpatient physical therapy organization, where she was responsible for developing and maintaining company-wide programs in alignment with federal, state, and local regulations, analyzing clinical performance metrics, and strategizing methods to uphold the highest level of care and clinical performance. Bryce earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College and she holds certifications in Healthcare Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association. Through her role at LHMPTI, Bryce also serves as Director of Compliance and Clinical Services for LHM Hospice and Social Services Foundation. Outside of work, Bryce loves spending time with her husband Kyle, three children, and their dogs. She also delights in exploring the latest workout craze, whipping up culinary delicacies, and getting her hands dirty in the garden.
