Nichole Reynolds

Director of Business Intelligence & Strategic Analysis

A certified speech language pathologist, Nichole has worked in healthcare for the past 23 years, the last decade in clinical services and compliance roles. Nichole has gained experience in a wide range of healthcare settings, including early intervention, school-based therapy, skilled nursing facilities, hospital-based and outpatient rehabilitation. Nichole began her career as an SLP for the Canadian Government, serving a small indigenous community in Merritt, British Columbia. Most recently, Nichole was National Director of Compliance and Clinical Services for a large national outpatient physical therapy organization, where she was primarily responsible for overseeing the compliance aspects of the electronic medical record platform, software testing and data analysis. Through her role at LHMPTI, Nichole serves as Director of Compliance for LHM Hospice and Social Services Foundation.  Nichole completed her undergraduate and graduate education at California University of Pennsylvania, earning a master’s degree in communication sciences and disorders. Away from work, Nichole enjoys spending time with her husband Scott, a college volleyball coach, and their two children, both of whom play the sport. She also enjoys trail racing, travelling and reading.
