How do I pay for therapy services?

All out-of-pocket obligations (i.e., copay, coinsurance, deductible) are due at time of service. Payments can be made using a credit card, Health Savings Account (HSA) or by check. LHM Physical Therapy does not accept cash payments.

If you receive a statement at the conclusion of therapy, you have several options to pay your outstanding balance. You can make a payment directly at the clinic, mail your payment with the statement coupon, or pay online through the Patient Portal by selecting “Pay My Bill” in the Patients drop-down menu.
