What should I do if I cannot make my appointment?

We understand that schedules can change. If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please contact your clinic as soon as possible, preferably at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are not cancelled prior to the scheduled time will be considered a “no show” and are subject to a no-show or cancellation fee, which would be due at your next visit.

While we recognize that emergencies can occur, repeated missed appointments may impact your progress and our ability to provide care. Ongoing failure to attend scheduled visits may result in discontinuation of therapy and discharge from care, with appropriate notification to your referring provider or claims manager.
