During your first physical therapy visit, you will undergo a comprehensive evaluation by one of our skilled physical therapists. They will assess your condition, review your medical history, and discuss your goals and concerns. Based on this assessment, we will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. When will Records be released?

Generally, records will be released within 30 days of receiving the request and supporting documents (i.e., completed Authorization to Release). Prompt payment is expected upon receipt of an invoice from LHMPTI.
