Julie Mazer, PT, DPT

With 25 years of experience in physical therapy, Julie has spent most of her career treating a complex array of patients in the outpatient orthopedic setting from pre and post-surgical knee, hip, and shoulder injuries to cervical and lumbar spine diagnoses, as well as neurological disorders like stroke, Parkinson’s, and gait and balance disorders. Julie also has. A special interest in vertigo and concussion treatment as well. She attended Slippery Rock University, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 1996 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 1999, also from Slippery Rock University, where she met her husband, Tim. Together they have 2 children and have lived in the State College area for 25 years. They enjoy hiking, traveling, and attending sporting events.
