Headaches and vertigo can be disruptive and frustrating, impacting your daily life and overall well-being. Did you know that physical therapy can be a powerful tool to help manage symptoms? Physical therapy can be an effective treatment for these conditions, particularly when they are related to musculoskeletal issues, vestibular disorders, or post-concussion syndrome.

Headaches can have various causes, including tension, migraines, sinus issues, or cervicogenic (originating from the neck) problems.

Vertigo is a type of dizziness where you feel like the room is spinning. It is often associated with an inner ear problem, such as BPPV, vestibular hypofunction, cervicogenic dizziness, vestibular neuritis, or Meniere’s Disease.

If you experience chronic headaches or frequent episodes of vertigo, physical therapy might be for you.
