Harrisburg, PA – Luke Drayer, an outpatient rehabilitation entrepreneur with an almost 40-year history caring for patients, announced that his most recent effort, LHM Physical Therapy Institute (LHMPTI), has established its administrative headquarters in Harrisburg. “I am grateful for the opportunity to again serve the outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy needs of our area,” said Drayer, who chairs LHMPTI’s board. “I have been blessed with a fulfilling career caring for patients and am excited to see LHMPTI flourish through its core values of Generosity, Integrity, Valued relationships and Empathy – that is, our GIVE philosophy.”

With at least eight clinics slated to open by the end of 2023 and more throughout 2024, LHMPTI’s therapists will offer a comprehensive range of services.

“LHMPTI is committed to providing exceptional care, giving our patients and their families an unparalleled experience and outcome,” said Craig Bouslough, LHMPTI’s CEO and co-founder. “Our therapists are industry leaders dedicated to helping their patients heal, fully embracing LHMPTI’s core values in all that they do.”

LHMPTI’s services will include orthopedic, neurological, temporal mandibular joint and worker injury rehabilitation; fall prevention; pelvic healthcare; occupational therapy; and much more.

Further demonstrating a commitment to their GIVE philosophy, Drayer and Bouslough have also created LHM Hospice & Social Services Foundation (LHM Foundation), a nonprofit corporation that benefits from its strong relationship with LHMPTI. LHMPTI has donated space in its Harrisburg offices to LHM Foundation, as well as technological, financial and other resources necessary to create the Foundation’s infrastructure. In fact, much of the LHMPTI leadership team wears two hats, also serving at the helm of the LHM Foundation. The commitment to volunteerism runs deep throughout the LHMPTI organization, with employees energized by the opportunity to volunteer with the LHM Foundation and throughout the community.

LHM Foundation plans to begin offering in-home hospice care in late 2023, expanding into other social services initiatives in 2024.

“The Foundation’s logo features a lighthouse beam shining high above a rocky shore. We strive to be that light, serving with love, compassion and grace in all that we do,” said Amy Foerster, CEO of LHM Foundation and General Counsel for LHMPTI. “The members of our hospice team bring decades of experience caring for patients and their families during their most vulnerable moments. While we launch our hospice care, we are also reaching out to human services leaders to ensure that the other programming we offer is intentionally tailored to addressing the area’s most pressing needs.”

Lighting the way to a healthier you – LHMPTI is a full-service outpatient physical therapy provider dedicated to offering exceptional, personalized care designed to enhance patients’ quality of life.
