LHM Physical Therapy Institute Opens New Clinic in Chambersburg

LHM Physical Therapy Institute (LHMPTI) is proud to announce the opening of its newest outpatient physical therapy clinic, located at 3628 Scotland Mainstreet, Chambersburg. This clinic expands LHMPTI’s growing presence in Pennsylvania and continues the organization’s mission of providing high-quality, personalized care across the state.

The site of LHMPTI’s Chambersburg Clinic may be familiar to local physical therapy patients, as it previously housed Community Therapy & Sports Medicine Inc. (CTSM), which announced its closure in August. LHMPTI will begin seeing patients immediately. With a commitment to individualized treatment and timely access to care, the clinic will accept most major insurances and work to schedule appointments within 24 hours.

The Chambersburg Clinic will be led by Tammy Kegerries, PT, MPT, AT-Ret., a Franklin County native with over 25 years of experience serving local patients, including previously at CTSM.

Chambersburg has always been home for me, and I’m honored to continue serving this community through LHMPTI,” said Kegerries. “We’re dedicated to helping our patients move better, recover stronger, and get back to the activities they love.”

The Chambersburg clinic offers care for all ages and needs, including:

  • Orthopedic & Post-Surgical Rehabilitation
  • Sports & Pediatric Physical Therapy
  • Pre & Post Operative Rehabilitation
