Jay McKim

CFO and Treasurer

Jay is a CPA with thirty years of experience in public and private accounting.  He has served as controller and as vice president with both small and large outpatient physical therapy entities during his almost twenty years in the healthcare industry. Jay has played an integral role on behalf of the seller in several successful private equity backed transactions.  Prior to entering the healthcare industry, Jay held a variety of corporate and divisional accounting roles for a large publicly traded international dental manufacturing and consumables company. After graduating from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Jay began his career in public accounting for a regional firm in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Through LHMPTI’s support of the LHM Hospice and Social Services Foundation, Jay also serves as the Foundation’s CFO and Treasurer. Outside of work, Jay values spending time with his wife and three sons. Jay is a sports enthusiast and enjoys playing basketball, pickleball and golf.
