Shane Bronson

President of Clinical Performance

Shane has dedicated his career to outpatient physical therapy, bringing more than two decades of experience as both a clinician and leader in the field. A certified athletic trainer since 1999 and a licensed physical therapist since 2003, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford before earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Shenandoah University. Throughout his career, he has served in outpatient rehabilitation settings, including regional leadership roles with with one of the nation’s largest outpatient rehabilitation providers, where he provided oversight across multiple states. His background also includes management experience with OSS Health and Physicians and Peninsula Orthopaedic Associates, further strengthening his expertise in clinic operations and patient care delivery. Passionate about helping individuals achieve their best lives, he also invests in his community as a high school girls’ basketball coach. Outside of work, he treasures time with his wife of 22 years, Tamara, and their two children, Ella and Landon.
