A Carlisle native and former high school athlete, Amanda Harne, PT, DPT, is returning to help her community get back on its feet. The opening of LHM Physical Therapy Institute’s newest location in Carlisle, its 21st clinic in two years, marks a continued expansion of the organization’s commitment to the well-being of Pennsylvania residents.
